Listen to this episode on iTunes or download it here!
HEY REAL QUICK: There are a few audio issues in the first 15min. Just bare with it, they end. Also, this episode is like a week late, but it's cool. The comics I mention are still available and the Kickstarters are still running, plus this is just a great episode. Now then...

Welcome Back #8
Welcome Back #8 finishes this series of a secret war between reincarnated warriors. With twists, turns, and a ending that is perfect for the story, the series finishes off in style. Welcome Back is written by Christopher Sebela with art by Claire Roe and colors by Jeremy Lawson. Give it a shot on Comixology. (starts at 13m30s)

 Fantasy Sports #1
With a mission from the United and Ancient Order of Mages, the young intern Wiz joins the brawler Mug to reclaim riches and artifacts from an old temple. It's got magic, it's got humor, it's got a good cop/bad cop dynamic, and it's got basketball. Sam Bosma writes and draws this book and has made it very accessible for comic fans of any age. Here's a place you can pick it up. (starts at 18m42s)

We3
Three house pets have been transformed into the ultimate killing machines, but is that what they really want? They can talk now, so let's find out and experience a ton of emotions along the way. We3 is written by Grant Morrison with art by Frank Quitely. Get it digitally from Comixology. (starts at 24m25s)

Nurse Nurse
The year is 3030 and humans are colonizing the galaxy! With that comes medical complications, and so a staff of talented nurses have stepped in to help. Gemma is one of these nurses, but with peculiar inscriptions, television stars that look like her, and aphrodisiac secreting butterflies, she's starting to think the job is more than she bargained for. Katie Skelly writes and draws this book with every sci-fi trope you could want and so much more, all with her very unique and enjoyable art style. Pick this book up digitally from her Gumroad. (starts at 25m57s)

Xena #2
Are Xena and Gabrielle at a war with the harpies?! Or is there something more at play?! Genevieve Valentine writes this return to these classic TV phenomenons, with Ariel Medel illustarting the duo. Oh look, more Comixology! (starts at 36m42s)

Bad Island
A boating trip meant for family bonding has gone horribly wrong. With an island rife with monstrous threats and curious forces, this family may not be getting the vacation they wanted, but they are getting one hell of an adventure. Doug TenNapel has written and drawn a story that touches on some very real family doubts and hopes, as well as some high concepts on the islands origin, all while looking vibrant and fun in the process. This book is published by Scholastic and can really be enjoyed by anyone. Hey, here's an available copy! (starts at 42m20s)

Nostalgia Corner: Thundercats #1
Do you know the Thundercats' Superman-esque origin? Do you know all of their basically obvious names? Do you know that they are all basically nude at the beginning of this issue?! What's a "Snarf"?! Alright so Thundercats is a show I never understood the popularity of, but I read the comic and it was ridiculous and here we are. There's a somewhat recent show, apparently it's not bad. This comic however, well it's definitely a comic. (starts at 49m 19s)

Comic Releases:
June 8th, 2016
(starts at 56m6s)
