Episode 23! What a fine episode 23 this is! As you know by now, you can find this podcast on iTunes or on PodOmatic!

Publisher: Zenescope
Writer: Raven Gregory
Artist (#1, 2, 4): Derlis Santacruz
Artist (#3): Amin Amat
Colors: Mike Stefan & Franco Riesco

Irresistable is the story of Allen Keeg, a down on his luck dude who sees an elderly woman in trouble in an ally one night. When he saves her he drunkenly states that he wants every woman on the planet to want him. He clearly has no idea who he was talking to.

Gregory provides us with a fun Tales From the Crypt style tale realistically illustrated by Santacruz and Amat. The pastel color scheme from Stefan and Riesco adds to the surreal story in a big way. This whole package is an enjoyable look at the four issue series that handles a situation many young men may have wished for... but I bet they don't expect what comes next.

Superdames Comics editor D.M. Higgins and I sat town and had a talk about this new publication which focuses on the fantastic women of comics. The book that Superdames is currently putting out is...

Jill Trent: Science Sleuth! This title uses numerous artists for different depictions of a character from the Golden Age of comics. Once Jill Trent became public domain, Superdames went to work on her! Each story shows Jill and her partner Daisy with varying sexual orientations, body types, and ethnicities. The way these stories are produced is very unique, and how Jill & Daisy solve these science related issues is always enjoyable. Pick it up at
